机动强袭室第八组画质一般，线条带有少量锯齿，部分场景有一些色带，均做了针对性处理，并最后进行少量降噪。相比画质，这番更为突出的一点是，正片的每一集都分为导演剪辑版（DC ver.）和播出版（OA ver.），并且原盘中存在大量的特典，给压制和整理都增加了不少的任务量。这里发布的 10-bit 1080p 版本中，正片选择的是在原盘中体积更大、内容更丰富的导演剪辑版，而播出版则制作成体积比正片小的附属版本。
第二季原盘画质一般，线条带有少量锯齿和晕轮，部分场景有一些色带。处理上改进了第一季的处理的一些问题，对各瑕疵做了针对性修复，并锐化纹理，最后使用 HEVC 编码。和第一季一样，正片选择的是在原盘中体积更大、内容更丰富的导演剪辑版，而播出版则制作成体积比正片小的附属版本。
Source quality is OK: there are some aliasing lines and visible bandings in some scenes. We fixed these issues, and denoised a bit in the end. It's worth noting that there are two versions, a DC ver. and an OA ver., for each episode. We chose the DC ver. as the main episodes here since they have more scenes. The OA ver. are encoded into smaller file sizes, under the "On Air Ver" directory.
S2's BD source quality is mediocre. There are a few aliasing and ringing artifacts in the line art, and bandings can be seen in some of the scenes. We improved our pre-processing over the 1st season, fixed those issues accordingly, sharpened the texture, and encoded with HEVC. As ...
