心理测量者的剧场版，作画精度很高，看得出预算满满，诚意十足。蓝光制作的时候加了较重的噪点，虽然成功地预防了色带等常见问题，但是也使得码率被迫给得较高。考虑到本片暗场多，细节非常丰富，强行降噪不可避免大幅改变目视效果和损伤细节，因此制作时候我们没有对噪点过度削减，而是通过编码参数等其他手段尽可能的保证还原度前提下，控制成品体积。
Psycho-Pass Sinners of the System has very high level of details, and this means sufficient funding and lots of genuineness. BD added heavy noise, which successfully prevented common artifacts such as banding, but also requires higher bitrate. Considering that this movie has many dark scenes and rich details, de-noising by force would inevitably and greatly alter visual experience and damage details. Therefore, we didn't remove too much noise, instead use other reviving methods such as encoding parameters to control the final size.
